We were lucky to have booked at this lovely b&b Andy was very much an excellent host and nothing was too much trouble Breakfast was excellent service and timely, cooked for us straight away when we came to seat, various types of cereal, fresh fruit salad and yoghurt, with fruit juice and freah made coffee or tea The room was a great size with comfy bed Lovely large shower Lounge rooms available to use as and when we wanted Andy was always available should you need anything and nothing was too much trouble Thank you for making our stay comfortable and hassle free Only a few minutes walk to the village and a short drive to the circuit following the short cut Andy gave us. Will pick again when in the area Rooms: Large comfortable rooms Nearby activities: Snetterton supersport, whisky distillery, Barnham zoo to name a few Walkability: Local village is a few minutes away Lovely wooded walks around the village Food & drinks: Breakfast to set you up for the day but should you want more Nags Head, Chinese, swan pub, fish and chip shop all in the village

This in an absolutely lovely bed and breakfast. The rooms are beautiful and super comfortable. Andrew the host is a lovely, friendly man who chats with you at breakfast, makes a super scrambled eggs, and is so kind , letting you put various bits in his fridge.and just chatting with you at breakfast on different topics..this is first rate. My husband and I stayed for 3 day's and had a lovely welcome by the owner Andrew. Made to feel very welcome. Lovely view from the room of the countryside. The cooked full English breakfast set you up for the day. The room spacious, clean, and a comfortable bed. All in all would highly recommend for a break.

It exceeded our expectations. From the time of arrival till checkout, we had a fantastic experience staying at this guest house. The sorrounding farms and views from the guest house are bonus. Breakfast was amazing and the host, Andrew explained everything about the stay and things to do in the area.
