Rooms were very clean, bed nice and comfy, all amenities you could want. Breakfast as you like it. The owners were very welcoming and friendly.

Had a great little 2 night stay here this weekend. Owners are really friendly and the room was perfect, with a nice en suite. Breakfast was fantastic as well! Everything very clean and tidy - would definitely recommend if you’re looking for somewhere in the area to stay!

Great location - probably the closest B&B to Snetterton Circuit. Price far cheaper than other local hotels. Big choice for the included breakfast. Run by the friendliest couple you could ever hope to meet. Very busy though so you will likely need to book far in advance. And book direct with them for the best rates.

Very welcoming owners make you feel comfortable on arrival with a freshly brewed coffee and cake. Fantastic cooked breakfast. Highly recommend.

I travel every weekend up and down the country. I stay in various hotels, Bed and breakfasts etc. I never had such a warm welcome as I did yesterday. Julia and Alan we’re very accommodating. Food was lovely. I was not expecting to be sat in the bed and breakfast lounge to early hours in the morning talking and chatting with the bed and breakfast owners and all the other guests. Really nice evening had by all. Thank you highly recommended definitely a home from home and the home made cake was lovely. Thank you see you soon.

We could only stay one night but would have liked to have stayed longer. Very welcoming with tea and cake just like home, friendly atmosphere, good rooms and a great breakfast set us up for our drive back to Manchester. Thanks from Pete and Keith will stay again if around that way.
